Primary trips include the Gilcrease Bird Sanctuary, the fire station, Bellagio Conservatory and art exhibits, Estes McDoniel Marine Lab and Opportunity Village.

Elementary trips include ski trips to Mt. Charleston; Catalina Island Marine Institute (five-day trip to explore marine life, with ocean kayaking, marine labs, hiking, snorkeling and campfires); AstroCamp (space studies, team building, night hikes, gravity and electricity experiments in Idyllwild, CA); and San Diego (four-day trip to visit Sea World, sleep over at the Wild Animal Park and visit the beach).

Middle school students have visited Washington, D.C., Philadelphia and Boston, where they learned all about national history and made memories to last a lifetime.

Every year, camping and hiking in Red Rock, Valley of Fire and Zion National Park allow us to appreciate our natural surroundings. By exploring the world around us, our horizons are broadened in unforgettable ways.

These are just a few examples of the many exciting field trips enjoyed by FMS students every year.
