Staff

Foothills Montessori School is filled with highly qualified, experienced, caring faculty who infuse their classrooms with enthusiasm and knowledge.

Every staff member — from administration to enrichment specialists — is fully committed to delivering the best educational experience possible. Presenting subject matter in compelling, innovative ways that incite imagination and kindle curiosity is our shared goal.

Classrooms are led by one head teacher and 1-2 support teachers. Teachers are required to have at least a four-year degree; many also hold advanced degrees and qualifications. All head teachers are Montessori certified and attend trainings and seminars to further broaden and refine their technique and repertoire; several serve as mentors and teacher educators throughout the country. We feature a low student-to-teacher ratio and a strong history of staff and student retention.

“They go through great measures to get the highest quality teachers they can get. The academic level is startling.”
