|Week 01: Planes, Trains and Automobiles|
Come learn all about how we get around! Students will explore the science behind how human beings travel.
|Week 02: Earth's Natural Hazards|
Come learn about the science behind natural hazards. Students will learn about and build volcanoes, earthquakes, tornadoes and other natural hazards!
|Week 03: We're Going Green|
This week is all about making conscious choices to learn about how to keep our planet healthy. We will learn the science behind recycling, plant herbs and trees to keep our planet happy, and even make recycled art and science projects throughout the week.
|Week 04: Winter in the Summer|
Students will participate in STEM activities including building marshmallow snowmen, designing a blizzard proof house, creating snowflakes using different shapes, making ornaments and much more!
|Week 05: Building the Foundation|
Students will participate in STEM projects like creating a structure for an egg drop and building boats. Students will use their knowledge of engineering and foundations to build structures throughout the week.
|Week 06: Party in the USA|
Come celebrate the 4th of July all week long at Summer Camp! Campers will learn about different ways people celebrate Independence Day and complete crafts that celebrate our American spirit.
|Week 07: Plants and Animals|
Students will observe, discover, and create plants and habitats as well as explore animals and their offspring.
|Week 08: Sound and Light|
Students will observe and manipulate features of sound and light by using simple tools and instruments. They will also explore how to use these devices to communicate
|Week 09: The Science of YOU|
Come and learn all about the science that makes human beings. Students will learn about cells, heredity, chemical reactions in the body and bring to life the science that happens inside us every day.
|Week 10: Passport to Fun|
Come stamp your passport as we travel all around the world in five days. We will explore the art, science, and food of five different countries all across the globe from Canada to China.
